Ichiban in Frankfurt

Good assortment of dishes, and the grill cuisine is very tasty. The only bad thing is that the toilet is almost always very neglected. The price is affordable 👍🏻

Catastrophic!!! Corona rules are not implemented at all, guests eat in front of the buffet. Refills are reluctant and the service is very slow. Food is not really hot and looked very cheap.

Groupon vouchers are no longer accepted and are valid until January 2021. The restaurant was maybe 20% full and we were told very rudely that we would have to wait 1 hour. Never again!!!

Not good the food was OK just it had been standing for a while and there were only leftovers. There weren't many guests there, but they could have looked if the food was still good, most of it was dry and for the price I eat better somewhere else, so never again

Purchased a Groupon voucher for 2: 1 in mid-September. Wanted to redeem it today. But puff cake. Were pointed out very, very rudely that the Groupon vouchers have not been accepted since August 27th.

Great food and atmosphere, only the one employee was not very polite and when I asked the cook what was in a dish he just looked at me helplessly. But in all great restaurant.

I went there for lunch with my mom. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and we quickly had a table. When we were at the buffet I had to find out that the dishes were completely wrongly labeled or not labeled at all (since I don't eat beef, a small problem that made me very insecure). When I kindly pointed this out to the staff, I was frantically told at the seat that I could eat everything except the outer container, which I found neither very professional nor helpful because half of the people didn't know what they were actually eating. The food in general was very lukewarm, but still very tasty. The service left a lot to be desired ... at the beginning we had ordered a drink and then nobody came to us. Neither to clear plates nor to ask for further wishes although you could clearly see that our glasses were empty (I have to say that when looking around it became clear that not only we were thirsty). To pay we also had to go to the waitress because as I said nobody ever came to our table. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant despite the actually delicious food.

I cannot recommend it at all. Were there in the evening. Food was either from the previous day or was cooked and kept warm in the morning. Many things were very dry and hard. Food was rather cold and not good. Besides, the food just went through me. Which is why I also visited the toilet facilities

I was there on a Saturday evening with a Groupon voucher. Everything was fine. Well attended, but there were still free tables. The buffet is varied, tasty and always warm. It was often refilled, sushi was always fresh and good. The dessert is not that good, but I was fed up with it anyway.

Not so much choice, but that alone would not be so bad. Frozen cake, scallops served raw after grilling, are no trifles. Overall, the food is not really worth the money that you have to pay for it.

An ok place, nothing special

I do not give a lot of reviews in my life. At this "restaurant" if you can even say so, I wanted to the people who have considered eating here, write. This restaurant is simply a scam. Everybody is sorry. To stay factual, I slept one night to give this review. Hereby I count the single points that I noticed negatively. 1. You will notice that the people at the counter are very rude. 2. It is almost not refilled or it takes a long time 3. The selection of dishes offers is very contemplative. 4. The selection of sushi is a joke. 90% vegetables are very little fish 5. Peanut Soda was diluted with ketchup which was disgusting All in all, stay away from this shop

Definitely recommend the all-you-can-eat luncheon. Varied range of dishes incl. vegie; some prepared to order as you look on. Evening buffet costs more but includes reheated lunch dishes. No WiFi. No elevator (or I missed seeing it.)

The staff is very friendly and the food tastes, especially the sushi selection has convinced us. The refilling of food is slow to not at all.

For the price, amazing buffet and grill

Randomly stumbled upon this place as a Groupon deal and found that this place is quite good. The buffet is fairly standard but the grill in the back is one of the best I've been to around the area. It's fairly affordable and the food is great. It's got a nice lively atmosphere and there are plenty of shops around for after the meal. Would highly recommend. (Copied from my Yelp)

After we eat in Ichiban we was 5 days sick, very unhygienic !!

The buffet at weekends runs for €13,50 per person without drinks. The food is Asian style and the quality is just ok. Of course you can not expect the best sushi in town on a buffet scale for this price. So...you get what you pay for.

Delicious food in a pleasant environment. everything is nice and clean and the waitresses were very friendly and brisk. The food is fresh and delicious. The price is great for Frankfurt and this quality. Buffet is to be expanded. A must for me from now on.
